Youth and Teens
Justice, Peace & Reconciliation Committee (JPRC)
Core Purpose: To act as the social conscience of the church by promoting biblical justice, human rights, peaceful conflict resolution, ethical governance and environmental stewardship.
Detailed Functions & Activities:
Civic & Legal Education: Conducts workshops on constitutional rights, land laws, dispute resolution options and civic responsibilities to empower members legally and socially.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Offers confidential, biblically grounded mediation services to resolve family, neighborly or organizational disputes peacefully.
Peacebuilding & Cohesion: Promotes harmony across ethnic, social and political divides through dialogue forums, especially during election periods or local conflicts.
Environmental Care: Drives green initiatives such as tree-planting campaigns, clean-up drives and sustainable waste management within the church and local area.
Advocacy for the Vulnerable: Speaks out against domestic violence, substance abuse, corruption and social oppression in the local area.
